feat: add email status indicators to LocationEditForm

- Display all email statuses (Unverified, VerificationPending, Verified, Unsubscribed)
- Show appropriate icons and colors for each status
- Add bilingual translations for status labels
- Use UTF-8 emojis (⚠️ ⏳ ✅ ✉️) alongside Heroicons
- Position indicator before tenantEmail-error div
